At Pest Free Private Limited, we are committed to delivering professional, effective pest control services. We stand firmly behind the quality of every service we coordinate. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds are provided and the process for raising a refund request.
Please note that Pest Free's primary remedy for service dissatisfaction is a complimentary re-treatment, not a monetary refund. Pest control outcomes are most effectively resolved by additional expert intervention rather than financial compensation.
All Pest Free services come with a warranty against recurrence of the treated pest:
If the pest problem recurs within your warranty period, Pest Free will arrange a complimentary re-treatment at no additional charge. Please contact us via WhatsApp at +91 90985 51144 to arrange your warranty re-treatment.
If a payment has been made but the pest control treatment was not delivered due to reasons attributable to Pest Free or our partner professional (e.g., technician did not arrive, treatment was not completed), you are entitled to a full refund. Refunds in this scenario will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
If a substantially different service was delivered from what was specified in the written, approved quotation, you may request a refund for the difference in value. Pest Free will investigate and, if confirmed, process a partial or full refund within 7–10 working days.
If you cancel a service booking after payment but before treatment:
• More than 24 hours before treatment: Full refund minus processing charges (up to ₹100)
• 12–24 hours before treatment: Refund of 75% (25% cancellation fee applies)
• Within 12 hours of treatment: Refund of 50% (technician may have already been dispatched)
If the pest issue recurs within your warranty period, the correct remedy is a complimentary re-treatment, not a refund. Pest control issues are best resolved through additional expert treatment. Please contact us on WhatsApp to claim your warranty re-treatment.
If a recurrence or reduced efficacy is attributable to the customer's failure to follow the technician's post-treatment care instructions (e.g., premature mopping of treated floors, introduction of new infestation sources), Pest Free will not provide a refund or complimentary re-treatment.
Refund or free re-treatment requests raised after the applicable warranty period has expired will not be eligible. New pest issues arising after the warranty period require a new booking and service.
To initiate a refund request:
GST paid on services is non-refundable as per applicable Indian tax regulations, except where the service was not delivered at all.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your refund request, escalate by emailing support@pestfree.online with the subject line "Refund Dispute — [Your Receipt Number]". Our senior management team will review and respond within 5 working days. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
